Raspberry Pi Big Birthday Weekend
We are sorry to announce that this year's Raspberry Pi Jam Birthday celebration has been cancelled due to COVID-19. We plan to reschedule for later in the year, so please check back and/or add yourself to our mailing list for updates.
Each year, the Raspberry Pi foundation coordinates Raspberry Jams, including Seattle Raspberry Jam, across the world to participate in the Big Birthday Weekend, which is a celebration of the Raspberry Pi's birthday. This year, we will be celebrating Raspberry Pi's birthday on March 14th with the ideaX makerspace. See the page on the library website here: https://kcls.bibliocommons.com/events/5e43652b5ae1a5b71621f304
Get tickets on Eventbrite here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/8th-birthday-celebration-seattle-raspberry-pi-jam-coding-and-hardware-club-tickets-95906323395
The event will be taking place on Pi Day at the ideaX Makerspace in the Bellevue Library. We will be there from 11 AM to 5 PM, and will have activities (a selection of our monthly projects and a couple of new ones) to do and projects on show. Come and have a roasted marshmallow from a Raspberry Pi-retrofitted toaster or just to chat!
